FOOD HALL SPONSORED BY GINSTERS OF CORNWALL
A mouth-watering collection of stalls has been assembled for the Ginsters’ Food Hall this year. Choose from smoked trout delicacies from Chalk & Stream, deliciously flavoured handmade peanut butter from Freda’s Peanut Butter or try a range of exciting gin and vodka flavours from Curio spirits. We are very grateful to Ginsters for their continued and generous support for Cornwall Macmillan Christmas Fair.
The Ginsters Shepherd’s Hut will again be popping up on the bridge entrance to the Eden Kitchen, sampling its range of pastry slice innovations developed in collaboration with acclaimed Cornish Head Chef, Chris Eden.
Based in Callington, Ginsters has been part of the local community for almost 50 years. It is famed for taking the noble pasty to the nation and is officially the UK’s favourite Cornish pasty* – selling around 800,000 a week. Ginsters only uses 100% British farmed meat and sources locally where possible from Hay Farm on the Rame Peninsular, Cornwall – 15 miles from the Ginsters bakery. It contributes multiple millions of pounds per year to the Cornish economy, including the local farming community in Cornwall and the South West.
