FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD

The Eden Project culinary team will showcase their talents with two menus certain to whet your appetite. All included as part of the entry with advance ticket purchases only.

The Preview Evening menu includes: Italian chicken cacciatore with harissa, olives & thyme or Tunisian fennel, chard & chickpea stew with juicy tomatoes, caraway, fennel & coriander. All served with a winter curly kale salad with sweet potato, fennel and pomegranate seeds and herby couscous. Your evening will be rounded off with a delicious winter warming pudding served with Trewithen clotted cream kindly donated by Fee Turner Catering.

Italian Chicken Cacciatore

The Day Fair menu includes: Creamy carrot, coconut & dill soup with fresh ginger or Middle Eastern spiced spinach & lentil soup topped with Trewithen yoghurt. All served with a selection of artisan breads and including a complimentary glass of red or white wine.
